massage, notamment :<\/p><ol><li><p>Le Centre de m\u00e9decine du sport et de la performance de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Californie du Sud (USC Sports Medicine Center), qui est l&rsquo;un des principaux centres de recherche en m\u00e9decine du sport aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Le centre m\u00e8ne des recherches sur divers sujets, notamment l&rsquo;effet du massage sur la performance sportive et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Le Centre de recherche sur le sport et la sant\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke au Qu\u00e9bec (Canada), qui se consacre \u00e0 la recherche sur le sport et la sant\u00e9, notamment l&rsquo;\u00e9tude des effets du massage sur la performance sportive et la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p><\/li><li><p>L&rsquo;Association internationale des th\u00e9rapeutes du sport (International Federation of Sports Massage Therapists, IFSMT), qui est une organisation internationale regroupant des professionnels du massage sportif. L&rsquo;IFSMT m\u00e8ne des recherches sur les bienfaits du massage pour les athl\u00e8tes et travaille \u00e0 promouvoir l&rsquo;utilisation du massage dans le domaine du sport.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Le Comit\u00e9 international olympique (CIO), qui soutient la recherche dans divers domaines li\u00e9s au sport, y compris la m\u00e9decine du sport. Les participants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude ont re\u00e7u un massage de 10 minutes avant l&rsquo;exercice, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une augmentation de 2,7 degr\u00e9s de la souplesse musculaire et une diminution de 40% de la douleur musculaire.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Le Centre de recherche sur le sport et la sant\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke a men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude sur l&rsquo;effet du massage sur les marqueurs de l&rsquo;inflammation chez les coureurs de demi-fond. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que le massage r\u00e9duisait les niveaux de cytokines inflammatoires chez les coureurs, ce qui sugg\u00e8re que le massage peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;inflammation et la douleur musculaire apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;exercice.<\/p><\/li><li><p>L&rsquo;Association internationale des th\u00e9rapeutes du sport a men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude sur l&rsquo;effet du massage sur la fatigue musculaire chez les athl\u00e8tes d&rsquo;endurance. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que le massage r\u00e9duisait la fatigue musculaire chez les athl\u00e8tes, ce qui peut aider \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur performance.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Le Comit\u00e9 international olympique a financ\u00e9 une \u00e9tude sur l&rsquo;effet du massage sur la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration apr\u00e8s une comp\u00e9tition de taekwondo. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que le massage r\u00e9duisait la douleur musculaire et am\u00e9liorait la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration fonctionnelle chez les athl\u00e8tes.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4653884 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4653884\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><p>Selon une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans le Journal of Sports Science and Medicine, le massage peut am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration apr\u00e8s un exercice physique intense. Les participants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude qui ont re\u00e7u un massage ont signal\u00e9 une diminution significative de la douleur musculaire et de la fatigue par rapport \u00e0 ceux qui n&rsquo;ont pas re\u00e7u de massage.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Une autre \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans le Journal of Athletic Training a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le massage peut am\u00e9liorer la flexibilit\u00e9 musculaire chez les athl\u00e8tes. Les participants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude qui ont re\u00e7u un massage ont montr\u00e9 une augmentation significative de la flexibilit\u00e9 musculaire par rapport \u00e0 ceux qui n&rsquo;ont pas re\u00e7u de massage.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Selon une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans le Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, le massage peut am\u00e9liorer la force musculaire chez les athl\u00e8tes.
